Attendance Policy
One of the things that destroys a team more than anything else is attendance issue. Far Beyond Insanity has a very strict attendance policy that we expect everyone to adhered by and respect. It does not matter how good of a player you are, if you are not here you are worthless to us. FBI raids only max 3 nights a week and every member must understand and live by our attendance policy.
We expect everyone to have at least a 92% positive attendance with our raid team. This means not more than 1 night a month. If you are unable to commit and maintain adequate attendance you will move to casual status and look for a permanently replacement. Casuals do not get priority in the raid and only used if needed. Casuals are still expected to meet all other requirements with their gear and understanding of every encounter.
We understand people have things that happen but there are some people who always have things going on. If you are one of those that something always pops up you most likely will not work out here.
This does not include holidays or down time / farm raids. Once we get a raid completely on farm we will have time for people to take a breaks. The goal is to get the content on farm as quickly as possible and expect near perfect attendance during progression. We will NOT increase our schedule so it is very important that you are here. Holidays that fall during our raid times will not be counted as a miss.
You must get the time you are missing cleared by the GM, Krazy, to have a clear miss. If you do not inform us and get an ok, you will be considered a no show. 1 no show is a warning and a bench. 2 no shows is a /Gkick from the guild and team. We raid a very short easy schedule and everyone joining has accepted and understands the schedule. We need you here.
Stand-bys - Must also be here on time and ready like another player. Stand-bys will fill in if anyone is running late, be used for group make up, will replace someone having a bad night or anything else that may pop up with anyone during the evening. There is a stand-by rotation list which means you will not be on stand-by every week. Typically, you raid 4 weeks and standby for 1.
Showing up late, going AFK during the raid, having to leave early, computer or internet connection issues or just not focused on the raid is not acceptable and will get you benched or removed from our roster.
We take our attendance very seriously and expect people to be responsible enough to make a commitment to the team. Thank you for understanding and respecting our attendance policy.
